Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $99 to the contiguous US
• Flat $9.99 shipping on orders under $99
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
• Standard ground delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location
• Expedited 2-day and overnight options available at checkout
• Tracking number emailed when your order ships

Returns

• 30-day returns on most unused items in original packaging
• Prepaid return shipping label provided — we cover the cost
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• Items that have been mounted, tuned, or used on snow are not eligible for return
• Deployed avalanche safety equipment is non-returnable
